At the office, we gather for our daily briefing. Our project manager outlines the day’s tasks, and we discuss any potential challenges. Today, we’re tackling a complex roofing job for a historic building downtown.

8:00 AM: On-Site and Ready to Climb

By eight, we’re at the job site. The smell of tar and the sound of nail guns fill the air as we begin our ascent. There’s something satisfying about seeing a bare roof transform under our skilled hands.

Perched high above the city, we break for lunch. It’s a chance to refuel and enjoy the panoramic views that most people never get to see. We often joke that we have the best office views in town!
